Studios put client budgets, drawings and contracts into Onegoin. Here is exactly how that data is protected — in plain language, with nothing you can't verify by using the product.
Your workspace is isolated
Every studio’s workspace is a separate organisation. Data queries are scoped to your organisation, workspaces cannot see each other, and file storage is namespaced per studio.
Access is role-based
Admins control who joins the workspace and what members can do. Clients see projects only through the portal links you share — deliverables, approvals, quotations and invoices — never the workspace itself.
Sign-in is protected
Password sign-in with hashed credentials, or Google sign-in that only works for invited members — an unknown Google account cannot create or join a workspace by itself. Sessions use secure cookies, and password reset and email verification are built in.
Payments never touch our servers
Billing runs through Razorpay. Card, UPI and netbanking details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them.
Actions are auditable
Administrative and team actions are recorded in audit logs, so there is a trail of who changed what.
Data is encrypted in transit and backed up
All traffic is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. The database is backed up regularly, and uploaded files live in dedicated object storage.
Your data stays yours
If your plan lapses, the workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted — and admins can export their data. Ask us to delete your workspace and we will.
AI features respect your content
Optional AI features process your workspace content only to answer your requests. Your project data is not used to train AI models.
